There may be some potential security issues in the Vitamin Plugin of an as of yet unknown nature. Consider taking this plugin offline for now. Please note, this plugin has not been updated in a while and does not yet fully support newer WordPress versions.
The Vitamin plugin is an small plugin that offered some SEO, caching and security in one plugin.
Vitamin is about SEO, speed and security. It includes sitemaps for SEO, cache for speed, antispam and hacker blocks for security.

I’m having two problems with Vitamin. I’ve had some security issues with my site since installing Vitamin, especially on mobile browsers.
So I tried to delete, but deleting breaks my website and tells me files are missing.
I currently have it deactivated, but I’d like to either know that it’s secure and reinstall it, or be able to delete it safely.
By of itself this may not be a plugin issue, however this type of event has plagued earlier version of this plugin as well. The major concern here with this plugin is a potential lack of support. The last update has been was over a year ago (11-8-2012) and the last support ticket before this one was 9 months ago which has not been resolved.
As this plugin has only specified support up to WordPress version 3.4.2 it may be time to consider different plugins in order to manage these features. Consider these plugins here,
